This theoretical training takes place in Evonik's premises and the practical part takes place in the CHW workshops of SNCB/NMBS Technics.

It concerns the General Contract of Use of the Wagons (GCU) and the legal aspects given by VPI VERS, represented by Karl-Heinz Fehr. Concrete cases are also given by the Belgian NSA. The legal principles of the GCU are discussed, but also the annexes 9, 10, 11, 12 and the different links between the parties involved in this contract. The program for the practical session includes a wagon transfer inspection in accordance with GCU Annex 9, a brake test and report, and Tankwagon Technics training, thanks to our partners SNCB Technics, Crossrail and Rainer Ziesmer. From a practical point of view, participants also had the opportunity to perform immersive wagon inspections and practical data management (RSRD2, GCU Broker) performed by RailAppSolutions & Transurb.
